In the Workplace

At Excel English we incorporate a multi-layered approach to helping you solve your workplace communication problems.

The first stage of our program involves a thorough pre-course needs analysis to determine your particular language acquisition needs. This analysis includes: interviews with all targeted English language learners and those with whom the learner communicates, job site observations, and English learner language and skills assessment.

We then determine appropriate course objectives and the amount of time necessary to accomplish them.

The needs analysis is not a static one time event but is an ongoing dynamic process that continues throughout the course as learners' needs change and evolve.

At the end of the course, a post-course evaluation will be conducted. All participants and key personnel will be requested to give detailed feedback regarding the success of the program and its stated objectives.
